Our database management team communiates with our database on a regular basis to remain assures of their avaliability. This consitutes towards 30% of our closures.
Portals/ Internet / Linked In – Brentford maintains membership on all protals and recruitment based sites, however, it not our primary recruitment strategy. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.
News Paper Advertisment - Brentford takes out regular advertisments in newspapers for critical categories or when the demand is in large numbers. News Papers allow us to college a large number of interested candidates in a very short span of time. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.
External Recruiter Network – Brenford prides itself in its External recruiter network what compomises of over 400 recruiters who work for us on a park time pasis. This constitutes towards 15% of our closures.
