Sourcing Process
Each profile is technically evaluated based on client requirements. Candidate who pass our internal interviews held by Brentford Interview Panel, are proposed to our customers with a detailed technical evaluation sheet.
Profiles are gathered by Screening team based on the client requirement. The screening team then asks a list of questions to further qualify the candidates in many cases aptitude and attitude tests are done at this stage.
Shortlisted candidates are shared with our “Interview Panel”. This panel consists of industry experts of specific verticals who conduct technical interview based on the client requirement. This concept is unique only to Brentford as we believe in investing time upfront on interviews to save our client time at a later stage.
The candidates who pass the interview of our interview Panel are forwarded to client. Each resume is sent with a cover sheet that has details of the interview which conducted along with feedback from the Brentford Interview Panel Interviewer.
