Manager (Civil Works- Design)

Job requirements:

Will be responsible for tendering, estimating, costing and BOQs; coordinate with Structural Engineer/Architect and other discipline, subcontractors/ Vendors and must be capable of troubleshooting of problems at site.
Should be able to lead a team of atleast 10 engineers/designers and possess good knowledge of specifications regarding general civil works design.
Should have done design of roads and drainage system in industrial plants and must have sound understanding of ground improvement techniques and site surveys.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE / B. Tech (Civil) and ME / M. Tech (Geotechnical) with 8 years of experience in large manufacturing company preferably steel, power plant or cement plant.

Manager (Structural Design - Steel)

Job requirements:

Will be responsible to interact with within/outside disciplines, subcontractors/ vendors and with senior management; use optimization techniques for optimum design/ fabrication and erection of steel structures and must be capable of troubleshooting of problems at site.
Should be able to lead a team of atleast 10 engineers/designers and have worked in integrated steel plant projects.
Should have done design of industrial building, technological structures, pipe rack /pipe support structures/platforms, connection design etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE / B. Tech/ ME / M.Tech (Civil/ Structural) with 8 years of experience in structural analysis and design in large manufacturing company preferably steel, power plant or cement plant including 6 years of working knowledge of STAAD- Pro.
Exposure to site supervision will be an added advantage.
Should be familiar with earthquake resistant structure design and Indian and International standards for design of Steel structures.
Should possess good leadership qualities and can handle multiple projects at any point of time.

Job requirements:

Will be responsible to interact with within/outside disciplines, subcontractors/ vendors and with senior management; use optimization techniques for optimum design and construction of concrete structures and capable of troubleshooting of problems at site.
Should be able to lead a team of atleast 10 engineers/designers and have worked in integrated steel plant projects.
Should have done design of design of R.C.C. buildings, water treatment plants, earth/water retaining structures, equipment & building foundation and dynamic foundations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BE / B. Tech/ ME / M.Tech (Civil/ Structural Engineering) with 8 years of experience in structural analysis and design of RCC structures in large manufacturing company preferably steel, power plant or cement plant including 6 years of working experience of STAAD-Pro with FEM.
Exposure to site supervision will be an added advantage.

Will be responsible for preparing synopsis and stick to the agreed timeliness deadlines & guides; prepare design estimate, costing of the bid and control it from start to finish; provide Input to the strategy overall bid, make keys points of difference; negotiate with client, vendors and sub contractors.
Should be able to do risk analysis of the project before tendering and work closely with senior management and the proposals team.
Should prepare budget estimate; verification of site requisition for the projects and liaison with site staff for evaluation, future variation, claims etc. after the contract has been awarded.
